The communication is on point. You can open a ticket with questions and they answer you in 24/48 hours.
Shipping and Delivery

The time of shipping is a little too long... That's the only downside I see here. Also they have products in stock but when you place an order they contact you saying that something is out of stock and you have to wait or replace for another brand... I think they must get better on this.
