Arnold's Dumbbell Press + Staying Dumbbell lateral Raise(SuperSet)
Level Military press
Dumbbell Front Raise
DAY 3
Pull-Ups + Cable Seated Rows(SuperSet)
T Bar Row
Lever Underhand PullDown
Lever Narrow Grip Seated Row (plate loaded)
DAY 4 (Biceps + Triceps)
Standing Dumbbell Alternate Biceps Curl + Hammer Curls (SuperSet)
Barbell Preacher Curl
Barbell Close Grip Bench Press + Cable Bent-over Triceps Extension(SuperSet)
Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extension
DAY 5
Leg extensions 4 drop sets. 10 reps for each set.
Squats + Leg press 10 reps in 5 sets
Staying calf raises + Lever 45° Calf Press (plate loaded)
Lever Donkey Calf Raise + Seated Calf Raise
*ABS are trained EVERY DAY.
DAY 6-7 OFF (can do cardio)
